"In a perfect world, we would like to have a fire alarm pull station in every portable."

John Dufay, APS Director of Maintenance and Operations.

In a less than perfect world, he and the leadership of the
APS, settled instead for a completely unjustifiable
million dollar boardroom.

Which begs the question;

How many fire alarm pull stations can one buy for a million dollars?
Answer; Enough for fourteen hundred portable classrooms.

In a perfect world,
some one would be held accountable for deliberately
endangering students.

In a perfect world,
Larry Barker's investigation would answer the question;
who dunit?

We still don't know. Larry Barker "forgot" ask.

Who dunit?

Who decided to order Modrall lawyers
to tell the fire marshal to stop doing fire safety inspections
in APS classrooms?
