the president of the APS Board of Education.

Tommy Lang, if he follows past practice,
will order up a Kent Walz editorial, the day after
chiding stakeholders and voters for their lack of interest.

It's like, APS stakeholders have no right to participate
meaningfully in a decision that affects their interests.
