To: Custodian of Public Records, Albuquerque Public Schools
From: Charles MacQuigg,
This constitutes a request for public records.
I require an opportunity to inspect or copy any public records which have to do with
pages 26 and 27 of the APS Finance Division 2008 Project Plan.
Including but not limited to the pages themselves and any records explaining why they were redacted and by whom.
Also I require an opportunity to inspect and or copy
any public record of service contracts between
APS and Meyners + Co for the last five years.
Please let me know if this request fails in some way as a bona fide request for records.
For the record, I resent the fact that you will not email responses, and insist instead upon phone calls and snail mail.
I require your earnest effort as the custodian of public records and a public servant to expedite rather than obfuscate the surrender of these records

Hmm, who could it be? Debbie Hines has been the good ol gal in charge of the SPED mismanaged department for quite a few years now. She is infamouse for not putting policy in writing, thus covering her butt, and allowing the teachers to be hauled into court when Gail Stewart summons them. When asked point blank how a sped teacher is supposed to implement a part of IDEA that APS won't pay for she just says, "Be Creative" offering not one suggestion, because there is none.
