There will be a meeting of the APS District Relations Committee, in violation of the law.

The agenda is supposed to be posted 24 hrs before the meeting according to the Open Meetings Act. Past practice, which is binding except when they don't want it to be, is,
the agenda is posted on the District Website for 24 hours before the meeting.
This time, it isn't. (as of 11:30 am)

It probably is nailed to the underside of a table somewhere,
which their lawyers will argue at great expense to taxpayers,
has met the minimum requirement of "the law", past practice
be damned.


Update; problem solved; the meeting was canceled at the last minute without explanation or apology. I was informed that four other people beside myself, had shown up, expecting there to be a meeting as published in the District Calendar on their website.
