I have emailed Rigo Chavez in an effort to get some straight answers to legitimate questions about the public interests and about his public service. Here to fore, no answers have been provided.
Mr Chavez,
There are three questions on the table;
1. What is the APS Student Standard of Conduct?
2. What is the entire administrative commitment to Character Counts?
3. Who is the district's Custodian of public records? (You have lead me to believe that you are, yet board policy clearly states otherwise.)
These questions have been on your desk for a very long time; so long in fact, that it appears that you have no intention of answering them at all.
Why are you not responding to these legitimate questions about the public interests and about your public service?
