Rigo Chavez; Hiding a Meeting?

One of the four meetings scheduled to run the candidates
in front of stakeholders without stopping for follow up questions;

is not included in the announcement of public meetings
on the APS website. link

I'll bet Rigo left out the most important meeting of them all,
the meeting for student leaders,
"inadvertently".

Are students now not being invited to
participate in a decision that affects their interests?

Surely he wouldn't want to hide their questions and
the answers of the candidates.

It is news, right?

By way of a yardstick for this kind of "communication";

A three quarter truth is a whole lie.

Rigo sent this out to staff, says they will allow "some" questions from the audience. This I gotta see!

Community Meetings with Superintendent Candidates Set: Friday, March 7, the APS Board of Education will host meetings with the finalists for the position of APS Superintendent: All meetings will last about 90 minutes and will be held in the John Milne Room at APS City Centre. The meetings are set for:

11:30 a.m. , business/government focus;

4 p.m. , employee focus; and

6 p.m. , community/parent focus.

We would like to invite you to a meeting to hear from the candidates. They will answer general questions, based on the criteria established by employees and the community, and some questions from the audience. You will be able to provide your input of the candidates from the meeting.

The APS Board of Education expects to name finalists after the 27-member community search committee makes its recommendations on March 1.
