Is it not a fundamental tenet of leadership

that one does not give orders that one would not follow
were they at the other end of the whip?

How can Winston Brooks hold students accountable to
a higher standard of conduct than his own?


We should not be worried so much that our children
are never listening to us; as we should be worried that
they are always watching us.
