"Ethical Leadership" a la Paula Maes and the APS BOE

From the NM Educator Code of Ethics;

"We affirm and accept our responsibility to practice our
profession according to the highest ethical standards."

Paula Maes' and the APS Board of Education
own recently rewritten "Code of "Ethics""
makes no mention of the concept of ethics,
except in the title.

It is by their own admission, completely unenforceable.

and

She, and they, have deliberately and methodically
excepted themselves from any accountability at all
to the student standard of conduct;

a nationally recognized, accepted and respected code of
ethical conduct.


Paula Maes is powerful enough in this community
to keep the whole thing secret from stakeholders,
even through her hiring of another good ol' boy
superintendent;

a wo/man with neither the courage, nor the character,
to be the senior most administrative role model
of the student standard of conduct.
