It hurts when your idols become old or disabled, or when they are discovered to be negligent or corrupt. It can shatter you or temper you, maybe both, the falling of heroes. Feet of clay.

Things I thought I could call Gil Lovato, or Danny Moon before I found out they were criminals. My respect of the chain of command, and Gil being smart enough not letting me near internal affairs (I requested the post), just putting me on emergency plans, kept me from seeing what I would have seen years earlier.
Maybe Sen D. has always been dirty, or mabye he is clean and someone in APS is the culprit, unbeknownst to him. The only way to tell is for him to - you guessed it -
submit to an impartial and empowered survey of his finances
- to the level of a Sox Top down Risk Assessment forensic financial audit. That will be all it takes to see if anyone in the grant process took public money and converted it for thier own use illegally.
Someone still needs to figure out what they got above board, and see how much taxes were paid. Al Capone 'em if you have to, APS. The new Fed software will automatically look up all the target's relatives and business associates, you can put in whatever other associates and off shore banks in to flag, and BINGO - you get to see who is naughty and who is nice.
But you need a RICO level investigation or SOx terror link to even turn the software on. I bet isolated murder for hire cases lead to RICO prosecutions, or should be with this new software capability.
My favorite part of Linda Sink's "GREAT IDEA'S" was when she said she wanted to open up neighborhood satelite offices for the "convenience" of APS stakeholders.
Flash back to Brad Allison's excuse for buying the Twin Towers. We don't want people running all over town, let's just have one central location. We will sell off the satelite locations and continue to rent to the community to pay for it.
Flash to present. Over &600,000 for remodling the "Board Room" that doesn't sit 1/4 of the people the old board room held at TVI. hmmm... makes me think Beth must have done all the redecorating at the twin towers and Linda needs some buildings of her own to re-do.
