The power and resources belong to us. So does the truth.

All of the power and resources that are spent in Santa Fe,
belong to the people. We have no choice but to entrust our
power and our resources to politicians and public servants,
for them to spend in our stead.

We have a right to the truth about how both are being spent.

All of it.

All of it; except for a very small amount of it that meets
specific criteria. In order for any truth to be kept from us;

  • the exception must subject to due process.

    Hiding the truth is not an acceptable mechanism for
    keeping any truth secret from stakeholders. And

  • There must be a process under which disputes over redaction are settled impartially, consistent with agreed upon principles, and, rather immediately.

Any truth that subject to due process, can be withheld from
stakeholders until the process determines otherwise.

The rest of the truth belongs to us; all of it.

Politicians and public servants are prohibited from telling lies.

What they need to be is, expected to tell the truth.
