I would have sworn that the budget that the board passed
the other night, did not still include the website funding,
but apparently it did, and Monica Armenta's increased
budget doesn't sit well with Journal editors this morning,

Well maybe if the Journal did some investigative reporting... Oh yeah, that's not the way they roll. Kick Backs anyone?
Of course an item like this will be carefully documented, RFPs will be widely publicized, an unbiased committee will scrutinize each for deliverables, timelines, and ways to avoid any appearances of conflicts of interest or "insider trading" and a quality product will be delivered on time and under budget.
If I could just figure out where the RFP is...
I was at this meeting too and could have sworn that they voted it down, Percy was very against it also. Oh for some sunshine!
