Marty Chavez has been Albuquerque's CEO for the better
part of 16 years. He is no closer to ending the culture of
corruption now than he was 16 years ago. Some would argue
that the culture of corruption has grown on his watch.
Why in the world would anyone vote for someone who is a
proven failure at ending the culture of corruption in city hall?
