Senator Linda Lopez is running for Lt Governor.

She is afraid of
an Ethics Commission that
has "too much power". link

I will ask her at the very next
opportunity, to cite an example,
hypothetical or otherwise, of
how government oversight
with "too much power",
might run amok, and against
the public interest.



Personally I can't think of one.

Neither, I would bet, can she.
