Why is there not a single senior administrator in the entire APS

who knows the answer already, to the question;

"Does APS have too many administrators,
too many teachers, or too many custodians?"

Why will no one be held accountable for not being able to answer that question? In the last year, we paid that person at least $100K to know the answer to that question exactly.

How is it that, this late in the day,
Winston Brooks does not know, cannot figure out, and
no one can tell him,

whether he has "too many administrators, too many teachers,
or too many custodians?"
