Where is Denish's leadership? Or Domenici's?

These two Gubernatorial Candidates both claim to be the "leaders" of a political following. Both have told New Mexicans to look to them for leadership.

While one cannot be leading and talking at the same time,
neither can one lead without talking.

These leaders cannot claim to be leading if they are not offering their advice on ending the culture of corruption and incompetence in state government.

Lt Governor Diane Denish won't even admit that there actually is a culture of corruption, or that she is awash in it. The following from Larry Behrens on NMI:,
"When asked if a “new way” means New Mexico needs changes after the last seven years Denish replied, “I’m looking forward, this is not a time to look backwards, about the hope for the future, the optimism of the future"link.

Good ol' boy speak for; never mind the past. Let's forget about holding anyone actually accountable for anything they did. Let's all look forward.

Where is Pete Domenici's leadership?
Has he even been to the legislature this session?

There are important issues on the table in Santa Fe.

Lt Governor Diane Denish has a convenient excuse for not sitting down in Committee meetings and speaking her mind; she is the Lt Governor.

St Pete the Younger, has no excuse at all.
