• administrative role modeling of the student standard of conduct,
• an administrative standards and accountability audit, or
• administrative standards and accountability in general,

Then yes, the evaluation went swimmingly;
at least from Winston Brooks' perspective.

From the perspective of stakeholders; not so much.
