Why isn't student discipline on the table?

Giant shake up at RGHS; big plans for change. link

No discussion, not even a little, about student discipline.

I suspect that, if teachers and students at RGHS
could wave a magic wand that fixed just one problem,

they would fix the way kids, and adults, behave at school.

Even if I am wrong, it is an important enough issue,
to be placed on the table for candid, forthright, and honest
discussion.

Not only at RGHS,
but in the school board elections as well.

The superintends board, and/or the school board should be made up like the onsite IC committees: 2-3 admin, 1-2 parents, 1-2 students and 3-5 teachers.
Then you get representation!
Then you get public service!
Then you get people with vested interest and true experience!
