The definition of crazy they say,

is to keep doing the same thing again and again,
and then to expect a different result.

Robert Lucero asked a very legitimate question;

  • Given that the APS spends more money per student at RGHS than at any other high school, and
  • given that APS has run its "best" principals through the RGHS administration with no measurable effect,

why should we expect this next change, to change anything?

If Winston Brooks plan to fix RGHS does not include
fixing the student discipline problems there,
his plan will fail.

Just like the same plan has failed before, many, many times.

The problem is not specific to just RGHS. The problem exists
in varying degrees in every school in the APS.

The administration is responsible for enforcing discipline policies.
They have failed to honor their obligation.

Why is this not topic for discussion?

Because good ol' boys don't talk about their failures.

You can't make them.
