Is State Auditor Hector Balderas holding election changing information?

Sooner or later, the State Auditor will release a report on the APS Finance Division and the finding of the Meyners auditors.

It will not be a report of high standards
and honest accountability.

If he releases the report sooner,
before the February School Board election,
the outcome of the election will be dramatically different
than,

if he releases his report later,
after at least two of the good ol' boys, who knowingly permitted,
or negligently allowed the corruption and incompetence,

will have successfully dodged accountability to voters.

Auditor Balderas has an obligation to keep some information secret until the investigation is complete.

On the other hand, he has an obligation to the democratic process; voters have a right to know.

The solution would be to wrap things up before the election.

After all, he's been "investigating" for months now.
