Once switched on, it will relentlessly ferret out incompetence and corruption.
The question is not
if corruption and incompetence will be exposed,
the question is only how quickly.
Once turned on, it cannot be turned off.
Building this machine is a piece of cake,
compared to finding some brave sum bitch
with with character and courage enough, to switch it on.
The question is not can an audit be designed
that will ferret out corruption and incompetence,
the question is;
will some brave sum bitch ever order one up?
