Koshmider's supervisor outed.

To make a long story short;

  1. I filed a SilentWhistle complaint against APS Superintendent,Winston Brooks.
  2. The compliant came back to APS and was put in the hands of Brooks' direct subordinate, APS Director of Internal Audit, one Margret Koshmider.
  3. I filed a SilentWhistle complaint against Koshmider over what I consider to be her unethical handling of the complaint against Brooks.
  4. Koshmider informs that; the complaint against her has been closed and, the complaint has been forwarded to her supervisor, Winston Brooks.
  5. Except that at this point,we didn't know for certain that it was Winston Brooks, because on three separate occasions, Koshmider did not respond when asked for the identity of the person who closed the SilentWhistle complaint and for, the identity of her supervisor.
  6. I found out that Winston Brooks is Koshmider's supervisor from APS Director of Communication, Rigo Chavez. It was no great detective work, the information was easy to obtain. Mostly I was just documenting the truth about how APS handles complaints against senior administrators, and how it handles legitimate questions about the public interests in the APS.
So what you have here is;
two legitimate complaints against Winston Brooks
have been delivered into his hands,
and nobody will say anything, to anybody, about any thing.

Or;

business as usual in the good ol' boys club they call,
the leadership of the APS.

And the real question still isn't on the table
is Winston Brooks accountable to a standard of conduct
which requires him to
hold himself honestly accountable as a role model,

or is he not?

Is Winston Brooks accountable to a standard of conduct which requires him to hold himself honestly accountable as a role model of the student standard of conduct;
the Pillars of Character Counts! a nationally recognized, accepted, and respected code of ethical conduct.

or is he not?

And why isn't this question on the table during the election
of a majority of the school board?

Why isn't it in the Journal?

Anything with the code words "Ched MQuigg" or "pillars of respect" or "standing up and being a man" has been re-routed to the Secret APS Matrix Police, thats why!

Whenever a "ched Word" is said, all acolytes must say "nunanunanuna" at the top of their lungs and run away with their hands over their ears or be cast out of Modrall-Maes Heaven, that is why.

The few that whistleblow just attract the paid off Matrix Agents with expensive tactical upgrades, and all you got was this lousy T-shirt with some pillars on it.
