Gov. Bill Richardson
has articulated his reservations
about signing a food tax saying,
" he doesn’t want to balance the
budget on the backs of ordinary
citizens.
It strikes me that "ordinary citizens" should be sharing the burden, more or less equally, not being excepted from it.
