Qualifed Substitute Teachers

An oft suggested plan lies on the table gathering dust.

Every administrator and board member
(who can pass a background check)

should substitute teach one day a month.

Also perhaps newspaper editors, education reporters,
city councilors, and senior administrators in the NMPED;
everyone with an opinion, and no current experience.

And not in honors classes either.

Lets See,
The administrators should be on a rotating schedule to fill in on Monday's and Fridays, in the schools most in need.The failing schools of NCLB. If two more principals at 80,000 each are really needed, why not put the "best and brightest" in the classrooms. We all are only teachers anyway. We could learn how to do it from all the jerks in central office.
