Andrea L. Trybus, Executive Director of APS Human Resources

appears to be the APS senior administrator responsible for screw ups following the exposure of practicing pedophiles in APS Schools.

As a matter of privilege; she will not have to explain, defend, or even acknowledge her failure.

She cannot be held accountable for her corruption and/or incompetence by any system over which she does not have undue influence.

It is unlikely therefore, that the leadership of the APS will do a better job the next time;

or the next, or the next, or the next.

WHY CAN'T SHE BE CHARGED/ARRESTED FOR CHILD ENDAGERMENT? WHY?!

To the previous comment,
Because she and Veronica Garcia go way, way back. It's the old girls club.

Andy Trybus, you just never know where she will turn up. She was a fill in principal where I worked for awhile. Not too tightly wrapped~

"She was a fill in principal where I worked"

Which causes one to wonder if she even has an HR degree and experience. This could be the problem.

There is an old saying in APS. If you can't make it in the classroom, you are promoted. Incompetence always gets promoted. It really doesn't matter if she has the qualifications for the job, the question is does she have the connections. Obviously, she does. The only reason these people do not report things to the proper authorities is due to the culture of retaliation that exists in APS.
They are protecting themselves at our children's expense. And that's the way it is.

New school year Several employees of Matheson Park contacted Andrea to make her aware of the 'misconduct and student mistreatment' by the new probationary principla. She listened and pretended to be concerned. Within weeks those of us who contacted her were either harrassed until we transferred or removed from our positions and replaced. When I talked to Andrea last May 2008 she stated, "You're just trying to get him fired!" You bet we were. This new principal remained at the school and continues to rule Matheson Park with an iron fist. As he puts it, "You're in MY WORLD NOW!"
