Rumor mill comes next

An APS senior administrator has been placed on administrative leave, link.

APS Director of Communications Rigo Chavez started the rumor mill when he "... wouldn't say why Etheridge was placed on leave."

The rumor mill started on a day when it could do some real damage, when everyone is out of the office and the real truth is harder to find.

You wouldn't believe what people will start saying behind her back.

Sinner or Saint, no one deserves what will happen to her.

APS' advantage in any upcoming litigation will rise as her personal and professional reputations are being destroyed.

It is their Modus Operandi; let the rumor mill destroy
the credibility of their future adversary.
The more, the better.
And it doesn't cost them a dime.

If Ruby is the victim here, and it is quite possible she is, maybe she should run for the Board of Education, if she is eligible?
I think she enjoys widespread support and friends throughout the ABQ community, and in APS.
Ruby, if you are innocent, many of us are behind you all the way.
Ruby, if you are guilty (and I would believe you probably are not), then your job and standing and respect is forfeit.
I hypothesize that Ruby stood against Winston Brooks or the Board on something she couldn't ethically support.
BECAUSE IUF SHE WAS GUILTY, then she would have slipt into retirement for "personal reasons" and we never would have been wise to anything.
Fight the good fight Ruby... I believe you can prevail!
