Let's all close our eyes, cross our fingers and wish real hard

that Rep Ben Lujan does not remain Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Else, perhaps we can figure out some way to influence the selection of the next leader, in order that our business be done fairly, efficiently and effectively.



There is some consensus in the comments on posts about Lujan remaining Speaker. The consensus is; it would not be the best thing for New Mexicans. Hell, it wouldn't even be a good thing.

Let's do something with that consensus; something beside "hoping" for the best.
