Denish's juice is apparently limited.

Lt Governor Diane Denish would have us believe that it was
her juice, link, that got the General Services Department to
put up the state government contracts database.

Yet she apparently doesn't have juice enough to get the
State Personnel Office to surrender a list of "temporary"
employees, link.


I don't get it.
