APS Election Survey

It is unclear to me whether this survey is about to be conducted,
or actually has been conducted. The Survey, link, is dated
November 2009. The survey, has been, or will be, conducted
by Brian Sanderolf's, Research and Polling.

It is on the agenda for discussion tomorrow, in an
APS Special Board Meeting.

If the survey has already been done, I wonder why the results
have not been published for stakeholder review.

Apparently, there must be some issues; issues the leadership
of the APS would rather not discuss or defend.
