John Trevor has a cartoon in the Journal this morning. link
The cartoon is only funny if you accept the premise;
that even though we have passed a law that opened
conference committee meetings to public knowledge,
the folks who we must trust to obey the law, will instead
ignore it.
Which begs at least one question;
Why in God's name,
would you accept that premise?
