APS' oligarchical thinking.

Oligarchies run on power and influence.

For oligarchs, it is all about accumulating power and influence.

Monica Armenta, like any other oligarch,
would like to supervise more people.

So to fix the problem with the APS website,
she is going to add three more non-teaching
employees to the payroll, who will report to her.

Works out great for Armenta,
she will be moving up in the building.

Not the penthouse yet, but it is four floors closer.

And, now that she is supervising three more people,
it will make sense to give her a raise.

Works out great for Armenta,

... not so great for the pupil teacher ratio in the APS.
