David Robbins betrays the trust placed in him, again.

David Robbins is the Chairman of the APS Audit Committee. According to board policy, the audit committee provides an important check and balance on the administration of APS' whistleblower program.

The Audit Committee is required, according to school board policy, to provide "review and approval" of every single whistleblower complaint.

His committee has not reviewed nor approved even one complaint.

More that 150 people who trusted the board to protect their interests, have been betrayed.

The audit committee will meet tomorrow, the first time since
May 27, 2009, and "review and approval of whistleblower
complaints" is not on the agenda.

When asked about the apparent, blatant failure to follow his own policy, the only response that Robbins is willing to make is to assert that, "no federal laws have been broken" when the board reneged on its pledge to whistleblowers in deciding to not respect clear and unequivocal school board policy.

Never mind that the standards of conduct that he enforces
upon students requires them, at the threat of forfeit of their
very character, to do

"... more than the law requires and less than
the law allows."
He models before students, nothing but his blatant hypocrisy.
