Millions of tax dollars stolen, do you care?

A recent audit of the APS Financial Division revealed that with hundreds of millions of dollars on the table;
there were inadequate rules
little following of the rules
and inadequate record keeping.

All of which leaves only two possibilities;

1. a whole bunch of tax dollars have been lost or stolen, or
2. a miracle has taken place.

Neither APS, nor the Meyners Co, who did the audit,will answer the question;

Have millions of dollars been lost or stolen,
or has a miracle taken place?

Did the audit reveal criminal misconduct,
and what has been done with the evidence?

Depending on whether or not you care if a whole bunch of
tax dollars have been stolen or not;
