All resistance stems from people's inability to deal with change

If anyone opposes Winston Brooks' efforts to take a giant
step backwards in empowering teachers to participate
meaningfully in directing their efforts and profession;

it will not be because their education, experience
and expertise leads them to a different conclusion.

It will be because they are simply unable to deal with change
of any kind.

" “You can't do anything without getting some
pushback from some place,” Brooks said."
Never mind the fact that Winston Brooks has involved no one in his decision to return to the good ol' days, when the good ol' boys called the shots.
