candidly, forthrightly, and honestly to any questions
about;

• administrative role modeling of the student standard of conduct, or about
• administrative standards of conduct and competence, or about
• administrative accountability to any standards of conduct and competence

is newsworthy.


Any refusal by a public servant,
to answer any legitimate question about their public service
is newsworthy.
