You pick a side, when you don't pick a side.

The leadership of the local media have picked a side.

On the overall issue of; should public servants be transparently accountable for their conduct and competence by means of annual accountability audits?;

and on the more specific issue of; whether or not the leadership of the APS should be immediately accountable to such an audit;

The Journal, the Trib, KOB, KOAT, KRQE, KKOB, the Alibi, ..., have all picked a side on the issue.

They stand together, and they stand against transparent accountability in public service by means of annual, impartial, accountability audits.


They can refute that allegation by spinning the truth.

"We not taken a side against audits, nor in favor; we have taken no stand at all."


I would rebut without hesitation.
