If, when the leadership of the APS when searching for a top cop, they hired someone who intends not to be candid, forthright, and honest about the public corruption and criminal conspiracy in the leadership of the APS (Police Department);
what makes you think they won't
use that same criteria to hire the new superintendent?

I think they would be happier hiring a complete moron for supe cause then they could run all over him/her, scapegoat them, then get rid of them and bring the next goat to the slaughter.
