I will pay twenty dollars to (at least) the first person
who leaves a comment on this blog that meets
but a few criteria.

Comments must meet an unequivocal standard,
in particular; The Pillars of Character Counts;
a widely recognized, accepted, and respected
code of ethics. It is the standard of conduct for
students in the APS.

I will provide a link to the Character Counts national website. There can be found, a document called Making Ethical Decisions. It will be the set of principles that govern the acceptability of a response. In other words your response must be ethical; technicalities, loopholes and legal weaselry are unacceptable. (link)

Justify any of the following situations and circumstances as acceptable and in the public interest, and in the interests of 99,000 of our sons and daughters.

• The Albuquerque Public Schools Board of Education has excepted itself from accountability to the student standard of conduct; abdicating as the district's most senior role models for students.
• The Superintendent has excepted herself from accountability to the student standard of conduct; abdicating as the senior administrative role models for students.
• The record of APS/Modrall is that, board members and senior administrators are not accountable even to the law.
• The leadership of the APS refuses to begin an immediate forensic accountability audit of the APS.
• The leadership of the APS refuses to explain, defend, or even acknowledge that they are refusing an audit.
• None of the Journal, the Trib, KOAT, KOB, or KRQE will investigate and report to stakeholders; the implications of, and the controversy over, an immediate forensic accountability audit of the leadership of the APS.
