He hopes that he will not have to tell the truth about the public corruption and criminal conspiracy that made use of public resources under his oversight.
He is stonewalling.
Stonewalling is the only defense of an indefensible position.
He cannot explain how the leadership of the APS did illegal criminal background checks on his computers.
So he will stonewall; and hope it never makes the papers.
