Say the leadership of the APS; trust us.
They offer no other assurance that incompetence and corruption in the leadership of the APS have been discovered and dealt with, consistent with the public interest.
- They offer no meaningful standards of conduct or competence, against which their conduct and competence can be measured.
- They offer no means, by which allegations of corruption and/or incompetence, will see a principled resolution.
Submitted as proof:
Ms. Armenta,
Is it true that the code of ethics recently adopted by the board of education, as their own standard of conduct, is (1) comparatively meaningless* and (2)absolutely unenforceable?
*compared to say; the student standard of conduct.
By her response, you will know the truth;
especially if her response is, to say nothing at all.
