Apparently, DA Brandenburg has no intention of investigating the leadership of the APS

DA Kari Brandenburg took receipt of a request for public records on Monday the 8th of October, 2007.

The request was for the public records which would document that her office had spent even one hour investigating the evidence of public corruption and criminal conspiracy in the leadership of the APS.

She refuses to surrender those records. I believe that she will not surrender them because they are evidence of my suspicion that she has not investigated the issue at all.

I suspect that she has not spent even one hour examining the evidence. She has not, because the evidence is evidence of public corruption, including felony criminal misconduct; that she has no intention of prosecuting.

And now she is apparently refusing to identify by name, the Custodian of Public Records for the Office of the 2nd Judicial District Attorney's Office. I asked her straight out for the name and contact information. She responded without revealing the name, and apparently in the capacity of, the rightful custodian of public records.


In general, the public records in question, are of the same public corruption and criminal conspiracy that Darren White is hiding at the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office, and that the leadership of the APS/Modrall is hiding in the APS.
