quail ranch schools dispute

it is better to debate a question without settling it;
than it is to settle a question without debating it. unk.

the decision to ok the land donation was not the result of an open meeting process. there was never an open meeting where every stakeholder had the opportunity to participate meaningfully in a decision that affected their interests. no effort was made to engage them.

this is what happens when the (public) servant becomes the master.

this is what happens when people want to flex their decision making muscle even more than they want to settle the question.
