which leads us to believe that, if a vote were ever taken on an accountability audit, there would be at least two supporting votes; in the best case scenario.
which is to assume both, that the two new members would vote yes, and more importantly, that there would ever be a vote about an accountability audit.
apparently, a decision has been made not to conduct a public vote on an accountability audit. any such decision would have to have been made violation of the open meetings act; and was likely decided; 5 to 2 against; in the best case scenario.
...which is to assume that the vote taken off the record,
was not 7 to 0 against.
