aps nmipra class action lawsuit possible

independently, victims of aps' criminal abuse of the new mexico
inspection of public records act have no chance against aps/modrall in a court of law.

the office of the new mexico attorney general is unlikely to intervene. for a least one good reason; overall, they have better things to do. fair enough.

however, if there were a group of victims of nmipra abuse by the aps; perhaps the nmago will intervene on their behalf.
