APS settles lawsuit

APS has settled three years long litigation over my federal complaints of civil rights violations.

That's all I can say.

Except to extend my
deepest gratitude to
the many people who
offered me their support
at one point or another,
and especially to those
whose support I have
enjoyed throughout.
