Moya offered "a job in the basement sharpening pencils”

APS CFO Don Moya could be returning to APS according to a report on KRQE, link.

According to his lawyer, his new job description amounts to "a job in the basement sharpening pencils".

Nevertheless, he will return earning the same salary and benefits.

Unclear if, instead of basement digs, he will return to the office he remodeled for part or all the $850K APS spent sprucing up the offices on the top floor of the twins.
