the truth is;

if you asked Winston Brooks, or any APS board member,
or any senior APS administrator,

if they will just sit down somewhere, some day,

and answer legitimate questions about the public interests;

the answer is no.

And there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

With the possible exception of; being one of a large enough
crowd, that could show up at a board meeting
and demand an audit that will expose corruption,
incompetence, and the policies, procedures and practices
that enable them.
