Yet another "appearance of a conflict of interest."

The leadership of the APS decided to have another law firm, other that Maes/Modrall, defend them against Gil Lovato and Sam Bregman.

The reasoning; apparently a number of lawyers from Modrall will find themselves on the witness stand.

Selected to defend David West, a co-defendant; Sheehan, Sheehan & Stelzner, P.A.

Listed as the "Director" of that law firm; Nann Winter.

When the law firm was asked if Nann Winter is related to APS senior administrator Brad Winter; they failed to respond to the email.

I am assuming then; that yet another APS vendor in their lucrative litigation business, has an undisclosed connection to the leadership of the APS.

...in diametric opposition to their supposed standard of conduct;

Rule # 7; avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance thereof

I don't see a conflict ogf interest. From the bottom to the top, the common theme in APS seems to be about "Favors for money". There is no conflict of interest here, because many of these leaders have already decided to embrace greed.... did they ever have a public service conscience? Perhaps long ago, they had a conflict of interest...too bad the wrong side in them won?
