Beth Everitt's "arrest" for DWI

Beth Everitt has suggested that the fight with a disgruntled former employee will be messy; including something about her "arrest" for DWI. She of course declined any comment other than planting the seed of doubt in the allegation.

I am wondering why she has begun her defense on this allegation, before the allegation has even been made.

She is inviting speculation; such as the following.

When former APS superintendent Michael Vigil was arrested for aggravated drunk driving; he asked arresting officers for the opportunity to make a phone call to a number of high ranking public officials; including APS Chief of Police, Gil Lovato.

Unless he just wanted to chat with these folks at two in the morning; it looks as though he was looking for someone to extricate him from his predicament.


Did Lovato extricate Everitt from a similar predicament?
