It bears noting that Robert Lucero was on the board when they had a discussion that included their frank admission that their Code of Ethics was utterly unenforceable.
Lucero's lame suggestion;
maybe we could get the legislature to hold us accountable.So how did that work out for your constituents, you weasel?
School board members aren't any more accountable to their Code of Ethics (or to the law for that matter) than they and you were, the day you finally admitted that school board member accountability was a sham.
... and you have the nerve to complain about another board members conduct?

Ched, thank you for pointing out the deficiencies of prior board members who are now ready to comment on the current fiasco. This group Lucero, Korte and Esquivel need to move along (nothing to see here at the massive towers of graft, greed and incompetence). During their terms they willingly and obediently kept the secrets that are choking our education system and making it difficult for any teaching or learning to take place. Arrogance defined their demeanor as they performed their duties when they sat so removed from the public they were supposed to be serving. Sorry, we don't listen to parents or community members. Their mantra was "let's go into special session because it's a personnel matter". How they so willingly limited public comments and belittled those who continued to speak. By the way, how is Winston Brooks wife, who was never employed at APS, a personnel matter?
