Can Darren White be Elected to Congress

without having to explain, defend, or even acknowledge that on his watch, one of the most sophisticated and secure computer data bases in law enforcement, was used to do commit a criminal battery on the privacy of an APS Administrator's girlfriend?

And without having to surrender an ethically redacted version of the public record, to public knowledge?

Can Kari Brandenburg be reelected to the District Attorney's Office without surrendering an ethically redacted version of the public record, to public knowledge? The record of her personal participation in a cover up of the ethics and accountability scandal in the leadership of the APS.

Can Linda Sink be hired as the next superintendent of the APS without explaining, defending, or even acknowledging her failure to surrender to public knowledge, evidence of public corruption and criminal conspiracy in the leadership of the APS (police dept).

The magic 8-ball has been consulted;
and the answer is;

"As I see it, yes"

Mental note;
"Never pick a fight with people who buy ink by the barrel." unk

Throughout this issue, I have wondered how the victim, Savage's girlfriend thought about this intrusion in her privacy.
I s she appaled? Is she laying low? Does she want justice? Has she been paid off somehow to mkeep quite?
One would think that she would have the power to get an attorney, demand an investigation, or utilize the ACLU.
If anything else, much like a rape victim, however uncomfortable it might be to come forward, she should demand that this never happen again and protect others in the future.
Do we know her stand on this? Will she help lead a petition?
Very much wondering...

I really don't know anything about her. I think she should remain invisible (at her discretion, of course)

I am lead to believe that there were at least a half dozen victims.

I don't know that any but two, even know that they have suffered a criminal battery of their privacy.

Who would tell them, Darren White? Kari Brandenburg? Paula Maes Modrall, Linda Sink; the new Chief of the APS Police?

Thomas Lang and the Journal?

APS Police performed a Triple I, or Interstate Identification Index check on me for no valid reason. It was done with Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department computers and also in violation of FBI policy.

I don't know Tom's girlfriend at all. I know Tom failed to supervise Gil Lovato at the very least, and that he knew of Lovato's sleeping with the wife of another department employee while they were both supposed to be protecting kids, not trying to make more.

He knew this was going on for years as he supervised Gil. I personally told him of egregious malfeasance that he toitally ignored, until the media made him acknowledge it.

Getting and applying the labor of a lawyer is an expensive, slow process. A confidentiality agreement is usually at the end of the tunnel if you win the case. So the people who screwed you over get anonymity for their crimes, no prosecution, and you get some money. But nothing gets fixed.

My therapist often compared my experience to a rape of my ideals that resulted in the unwanted conception of my new world view. Those who have been screwed by the system, ignored and abandonded after they hsve had their way with you, tend to become radicalized.

I consider myself "radical" because I am a heavy metal rocker and non stop punch blocker. Not in the other sense, that way lies investigation by Homeland Security!

I am able to be radical by suggesting that the school district actually practice what they preach: individual character, educational quality, and student safety.

As to your speculation - she may indeed have ben able to afford a lawyer and gotten paid off by APS, but they will not let us know those things even after we ask for such things in writing.

I have demanded an investiagtion, and was told by APS that the results were unreleasable personel matters. Even though I am a victim of triple I misuse!

APS Whistleblowing has no protection attached to it. I have been left out in the cold by APS after I reported that Danny Moon was stealing over a million dollars from the district per school year. It is a long story, but APS Whistleblower Protection is a joke.
